Students from EAE Madrid are making a positive impact on society through their master's thesis projects using U4IMPACT's methodology

The company has started collaborating with EAE Madrid students on their master's thesis projects alongside renowned companies like Cepsa, Danone, Carrier, and Schindler to create a positive impact on society

4IMPACT has introduced its methodology to EAE Business School Madrid students for conducting impactful final degree projects. From the initial session, students can dive into topics and projects that align best with their interests without any limitations. Once selected, they'll begin interviews with the company, which will guide them through their Master's Thesis during the remainder of the course. Marta Cantero, Head of the Universities Department at U4IMPACT, stated, "The objective is to have tangible value from a project that involves so much effort. Every year, 10 million hours are dedicated to developing final projects, 85% of which don't have a real impact on society; we want yours to be different." She emphasized the importance of having the desire to make an impact and contribute, as their main goal is to help companies trust in young talent.

The company has historically collaborated with renowned entities such as Cepsa, Danone, Carrier, and Schindler to oversee student projects through weekly feedback sessions with an academic tutor and a collaboration agreement between the company and the student. Master's thesis projects can be conducted in both English and Spanish, either individually or in group format.
