1. How did you discover that you wanted to study Education?
I have always been passionate about understanding how people learn and evolve.
2. Tell us a special memory from your time at university
The personal growth I had thanks to the relationships with the different members of the educational community.
3. What do you like most about being Dean?
The possibility of influencing the education of future leaders and working with a faculty of lecturers strongly committed to academic excellence.
4. What three tips would you give the students?
To set goals and work hard to achieve them, to build their network and keep it active and to enjoy themselves and put their heart into whatever they do.
5. How would you define EAE Madrid in a few words?
Commitment.
6. What book or movie would you recommend?
Movie: "Good Will Hunting", a reminder that we can find talent in unexpected places and that learning goes far beyond the classroom.
7. What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy some peace and quiet with a good book, walking with my husband and having big conversations with my teenage children, enjoying discovering the world through their eyes.
8. What values do you consider fundamental for a professional?
Honesty, adaptability, empathy and passion for learning.
