Ready to reconnect, get inspired, and boost your network? On June 3, 2026 , the EAE Alumni Madrid community will gather again for a unique face-to-face event designed exclusively for you.

This year, we will feature a premium keynote session focused on one of the greatest challenges for modern organizations: managing and achieving success with intergenerational teams. A perfect opportunity to keep growing together!

Highlight: Leadership with Nacho Barraquer

To lead change, we need real tools and fresh perspectives. In this edition, we will be joined by Nacho Barraquer , a benchmark in organizational transformation and workplace culture:

  • Top-tier expert: International speaker, trainer, and specialist in organizational happiness, intergenerational leadership, and cultural transformation.

  • Renowned for his career path helping corporations evolve from traditional leadership models toward more human, committed, and well-being-oriented cultures.

  • Solid background: Holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE, with executive education at IESE Business School and Università Bocconi, having developed his career at leading multinationals like BIC, L'Oréal, PUIG, or Jané.
