This masterclass offers a practical and insightful guide to multicultural management, designed specifically for human resources professionals. The session will be led by Beatriz Moreno, Organization Development Manager for Europe, Africa & Asia, who brings extensive experience in navigating cultural complexity across regions.

Drawing on well‑established frameworks by Hofstede, Richard Lewis, and Erin Meyer, the masterclass explores how cultural differences influence global communication, collaboration, and leadership styles. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these models help decode cultural behaviors and workplace expectations in international contexts.

The session highlights the critical role of cultural intelligence in organizational success, examining both visible behaviors and underlying, often invisible, values that shape decision‑making and leadership effectiveness. Special emphasis is placed on inclusion and adaptability as essential capabilities for transforming cultural diversity into a sustainable competitive advantage.

Finally, the masterclass presents practical HR strategies to help identify and reduce unconscious bias, foster respectful collaboration, and build inclusive work environments where diverse teams can thrive. The session will be moderated by Susana Díaz, Director of the Master’s in People, Talent, and Digital Transformation Management.
