The activity included two working sessions, the first on the 19th October, with a more instructive focus, explaining the dynamics of the event, and the second, yesterday, on 26th October, when the case was presented for the participants to resolve.

After the presentation of the case, the members of the jury, including Kai Möller, the General Director of Casen Recordati; Fernando Bonmatí, the General Director of Chip Card; Guillermo Aos, CEO & Founder of Pleiades; and Eduardo Fernández Casas, the Director of Human Resources at Eurovia, part of the Vinci International Group; gave their final verdict on who would be the winner and runner-up.

Kai Möller, the General Manager of Casen Recordati and jury member, congratulated all the students for taking part and emphasized how complicated the case was, adding that they had really applied themselves to the task at hand and adopted a very participative and creative approach to generating solutions.

The CEO Challenge is an activity that gives participants a realistic insight into the roles that the members of a Board of Directors have to take on in the day-to-day running of a company. EAE Business School has run three editions of the event to great success, as it gives our students “another opportunity to have contact with the business ecosystem and employment market, putting their knowledge, professional experience and soft skills into practice with the aim of continuing to develop as the best-prepared and well-equipped talent of the future to take on new professional challenges”, explained Federica Assandria, the Director of Professional Careers at EAE Business School Madrid.
