  • One of the statistics that best define our success is that 55% of our students in 2021 found a professional opportunity before graduating, and 44% soon after graduation.
  • We detect a current situation of talent scarcity. The reasons for this include the shift towards automation, digitization and the green transition. The main problem is that the talent fails to adapt and develop at the same speed as companies.
  • 9% of our students had a Triple Jump Career Change (they have changed area, sector and even country) (2021)

Talent Day

One of our biggest events is Talent Day, an employment fair that connects companies with EAE talent. During the event, our students have the chance to update their knowledge on current issues in talks given by professionals with extensive experience in the sector. Moreover, they can find out about the professional opportunities on offer at companies like Glovo, IBM, EDP Renewables, Capgemini, Amazon, Avon, etc.

Over the course of the last event, the participants took part in a broad range of activities, besides the chance to interact with Recruiters from companies offering opportunities that matched their profiles, including over 30 Company Meetings and 5 Career Talks.
