EAE BUSINESS SCHOOL ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMS

In the last six years, the school has promoted the entrepreneurial ecosystem of more than 3,500 students who have gone through entrepreneurship programs with an average of 500 entrepreneurs.

EAE Business School has extensive experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, which it develops through initiatives that stimulate the creation of projects by students, who receive training, networking and professional support to guide them through the different phases of creating a new business project.

Among its training programs, the school has EAE Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Network, in which students can have an acceleration program that allows differentiating the status of the projects, whether in their initial phases, projects that have been validated by market with sustained sales or, pilot tests with different institutions. The program consists of three phases: Updating and Consolidation of the business model; Experimentation, validation and internationalization and Growth platform.

These three phases are accompanied by different experts in the fields of validation methodologies, Lean Coach, Business Model, Digital Marketing, Sales and Operations, Digital Artifacts and support in financial and legal aspects.

In addition, the teams receive specialized support from a Startups advisor mentor and an expert in the sector. Throughout the six months, the teams repeatedly face events to search for collaborators, connections and clients; as well as they can carry out their Investor Pitch periodically before their cohort and independent experts where they receive constructive feedback that helps them build a solid sales argument so that each project can sell and seek financing.

Finally, all teams are invited to perform at an event called Demoday. This is the culminating event of the school's acceleration program, where each project exposes its value propositions and its company to a specialized audience made up of networks of investors and important players in the Spanish entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Likewise, we have our own learning model, during each phase the companies define the challenge they are pursuing at that moment and establish the objectives, metrics and solutions together with the experts.

Among the services offered to the projects, the following stand out: Use of technological tools, legal and labor advice with the firm Uría Menéndez, financial, administrative and accounting advice; training in Lean methodologies, Design Thinking and in areas such as generic sales, marketing, legal, and finance in various formats.

Monthly coaching sessions, mentoring with the designated professional, experts in the specific areas in which companies need help according to their monthly challenges; networking and contact with strategic external collaborators for the accelerator projects and regular meetings with successful entrepreneurs and investors.

In the last six years the school has promoted the entrepreneurial ecosystem of more than 3,500 students who have gone through the entrepreneurship programs, the incubator and accelerator, with an average of 500 entrepreneurs in each edition and a total of 257 projects developed.
