Exponential Space is born at EAE Business School Madrid: a hub of innovation, education, and exponential technologies

EAE Business School Madrid, part of Planeta Formación y Universidades, has launched Exponential Space, a center for innovation, education, and exponential technologies. Thanks to the partnership between the business school and Casual Robots, this innovative hub will enable students, entrepreneurs, and businesses to experiment with cutting-edge technology through interactive demonstrations and robots that apply, among other developments, artificial intelligence.

Under the motto 'Educating for the future is not an option, it's our mission,' the event was attended by Federico Morán, director of the madri+d Foundation; Antonio Rodríguez Ruibal, Dean of EAE Business School Madrid; Pablo Medrano, CEO of Casual Robots and a leading expert in robotics; and Javier Sirvent, Technology Evangelist.

"This new technological space is part of the Exponential Technologies HUB at EAE Business School Madrid, aiming to connect the school's educational offerings with the corporate world, establishing itself as a vital environment to prepare students for an increasingly technological business world while fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.

Exponential Space EAE's primary role is to promote growth and innovation by connecting talent and knowledge to provide solutions, business development, and social impact through Emerging Technologies.

In creating this new space, EAE Business School Madrid has forged a collaboration agreement with Casual Robots, a leading company in providing services with cutting-edge technologies. The aim is to share experiences and synergies, contributing to the digital transformation of companies and society.

OPENING OF EXPONENTIAL SPACE EAE MADRID

The inauguration witnessed the presence of Federico Morán, director of the madri+d Foundation, who highlighted the role of universities and business schools as knowledge generators, stating that 'research is one of the pathways to achieve this.' Morán also emphasized the need to foster entrepreneurship, stating that 'all the knowledge from higher education institutions should not remain on the blackboard; it needs to be translated into society. EAE Madrid's DNA supports the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the classrooms.'

Antonio Rodríguez Ruibal, Dean of EAE Business School Madrid, underscored the direction that innovation and talent should take in developing solutions and implementing them in companies through technologies. Regarding Exponential Space EAE, he indicated that it materializes the school's commitment to talent, highlighting three fundamental pillars: 'innovative methodology, including 3D, robotics, metavisión, etc.; technological entrepreneurship with innovative solutions; and networking and education, essential to foster the business ecosystem.'"

Next, Pablo Medrano, CEO of Casual Robots, emphasized his 'vision' to drive this space: 'It's necessary to provide solutions and training to students and companies with exponential technologies. We offer on-site knowledge about technology, its usage, and successful applications in current and future businesses. Our space and its components are a key differential so that entrepreneurial students can develop their projects within Exponential Spaces at EAE Madrid.'

Lastly, Javier Sirvent, Technology Evangelist, stated that 'machines and AI won't take away jobs; it'll be the person who knows how to handle them. We will only move forward if we build united ecosystems that allow us to develop jobs and teams that do not yet exist.' For Sirvent, it's crucial to develop the 3T: 'talent, temperament, and technology.
