More than 1,000 students and 100 companies meet at EAE Madrid's Talent 23

Yesterday, March 22, the Civitas Metropolitano hosted more than 100 companies and 1,000 students at Talent 2023 organized by the EAE Madrid Professional Careers Department.

Companies from different sectors, including Decathlon, Carrefour, Lego, L'Oréal, Siemens, Cepsa, BBVA, Primark, EY, LVMH, Tesla ect, had a stand, where students were able to have interviews with professionals of human resources of the companies present to cover their job vacancies and internships. This turned out to be a good opportunity to promote networking between the different profiles of EAE Madrid students and companies.

Federica Assandría, head of the Professional Careers and Entrepreneurship department at EAE Business School Madrid, pointed out that Talent 2023 “is a key event for the experience of our students and one that we organize every year with great enthusiasm. We know that it is an event that generates a great impact on their employability strategies, since it is always demonstrated with new incorporations after the fact. In addition, this year we have incorporated new features that will make them live a unique and innovative experience "

Likewise, Sara García Martin Talent Management, Acquisition, L&D Specialist at DHL Supply Chain comments that "The Talent EAE Madrid is a magnificent opportunity to get closer to young people, listen to their concerns and present the projects we have for recent graduates who want to work in the logistics sector and do it hand in hand with DHL”.

In addition to the stands of the different companies, other activities were carried out, such as talks by different speakers, including great professionals who dealt with topics of great interest today. One of them was the speaker and technological evangelist Javier Silvent who spoke about how what seems impossible can be technologically feasible. They also gave their presentations: Sara Oliva, Global Material Data Steward, Strategy & Transformation Sr. Manager, gave her presentation under the name "Digital Innovation at PepsiCo, with a focus on the Digital Hub of Spain"; Teresa Fernández, responsible for the Fundación Telefónica account, who gave her presentation called "How to incorporate artificial intelligence to achieve an impact on marketing and sales strategies"; Emilio Froján, CEO & Co-founder, who gave a presentation called "Velca's success story, the necessary spark to undertake"; Enrique Lefeld, Goiko's creative marketing manager, who gave a presentation called "From entrepreneurship to love brand"; Francisco Martín, director of human resources, who carried out his presentation under the name "The transformation of high speed"; Javier García, managing consultant, who gave his presentation called "The future of employment, where are we going?; Fernando Albarrán, brand manager at Starbucks; Carmen Gradeja, workday consultant at Accenture; and María Trujillo, human resources department manager at Knn Digital Half.

During the day, the students also had the opportunity to drive a Tesla and participate in group dynamics and an Escape Room.
