"EAE Business School has once again hosted its Annual Alumni Meeting, with around 500 alumni from the business school belonging to Planeta Formación y Universidades in attendance at the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium (Madrid). Over 100 alumni also followed the event via streaming from their respective countries. The gathering was moderated by journalist and writer Marta Robles.

The event featured prominent professionals, including the CEO of DAZN Spain and former member of the Executive Committee of Vodafone Spain, Bosco Aranguren. During his address, he shared, 'Authenticity, understanding, balance, along with consistency and proactivity, are the necessary ingredients for success. These values have been key in my pursuit of becoming a good leader.'

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer management, and business development, Aranguren offered inspiring insights into his professional journey, saying, 'My first significant opportunity at Banco Central Hispano came through a connection, and from there, my career took off,' highlighting his deep market knowledge and successful trajectory.

The President of EAE Alumni and Director of Intersafe Iberia (Lyreco), Ramón Abella, inaugurated the event, expressing gratitude to the alumni for being the school's most valuable ambassadors. 'The EAE Alumni network offers us a world of possibilities—a ladder made up of resources, specialized training, inspiring events, and exceptional talent that propels us towards achieving our goals, with the opportunity to be educated and connected,' shared Abella, emphasizing the importance of their commitment."

EAE TALKS: Digital Transformation, Investment, and Entrepreneurship

The event also featured two EAE Talks, short motivational talks that the business school has been organizing for years. This time, Alejandro Ruiz Lara, an alumni of the Master in Project Management and CEO of CHECKTOBUILD, a startup focusing on intelligent project supervision through the integration of 3D models, IoT sensors, and Artificial Intelligence, headlined the first talk. He focused on the main keys to improving the entrepreneurial process for each business.

'The entrepreneurial journey with CHECKTOBUILD has been an invaluable experience for me, allowing me to immerse myself completely in creating a project from scratch. One of the main keys in this path is to adopt an approach rooted in antifragility, adapting in adversity to achieve success with determination. Throughout this process, I've learned that true strength lies in the ability to transform challenges into opportunities,' explained Alejandro Ruiz Lara about CHECKTOBUILD's entrepreneurial process.

Lorena Andrea Zenklussen, CEO of Comprarcasa España and a member of the Advisory Board of EAE Business School, headlined the second EAE Talk, sharing her experience influenced by EAE with the alumni. 'The reality of business relationships and networking became a fundamental pillar in my career. With a clear purpose, a method, and constant motivation, meaningful connections that influence your success are achieved.'

Alumni EAE is an initiative driven by students, former students, faculty, and the business community, aimed at fostering connections beyond the classrooms among the over 77,000 students who have studied with us since 1958.
