How will Retail, the largest employer in Spain, evolve?

Retail has 2023 ahead of it, which will be a fascinating year for world retail, conceptually one of the most important in history for several reasons.

• A new real consumer emerges.
• There will only be one channel: the consumer. Approaches like omnichannel will be prehistory.
• Big cities will experience hyperpersonalization.
• The digitization of physical stores will accelerate radically.
• Electronic commerce will be humanized.
• Sustainability will no longer be negotiable.
• China will become the trendsetter of the West.
• How will this sector adapt to these new challenges?
• To address how Retail will evolve from an omnichannel to an omni-client scenario, how physical stores adapt to new consumers or how e-commerce is coexisting perfectly with physical stores, we will have some exceptional speakers:

A round table that takes place thanks to the context of the launch of the MBA Retail Executive, a training in which all the speakers are part of the faculty, and the book "Jeff Bezos" by Laureano Turienzo. An important book when it comes to understanding the Retail environment since Jeff Bezos is the father of Amazon, who has changed the ways of consumption in the West.

Next Thursday, March 23, at EAE Madrid we have organized a visit to the Iberdrola Campus, a knowledge and innovation center aimed at promoting the talent of companies and professionals from all over the world. Now known as the most modern campus on innovation and renewables in Europe.
